All sales are processed through the Chris Jepson website and all payments are taken securely through secure online payment providers. Postage is added at checkout based on the shipping address.
Packaging: All items are securely packaged in card envelopes or strong cardboard boxes.
Information: Your information will remain confidential and will never be used in any way other than its intended purpose.
European customers: due to the UK leaving the EU almost all orders sent to the EU will be subject to customs and/or import duty charges. Theses charges are the responsibility of the customer and refunds will not be given to items returned due to the customer refusing to pay these charges.
Returns: All sales are final – this is due to the low monetary value of the items being sold.
Loss / Damage: Most orders (except very large ones) are sent via Royal Mail. All packages are insured against loss or damage. In order for me to re-send the items or refund your money you need to do the following…
For damaged items: These need to be reported, by email, immediately upon receipt. I’ll need photographs of the damaged packaging and goods, and may need you to return them to me. Please retain all damaged goods and packaging until I have spoken with Royal Mail.
For lost items: These need to be reported, by email, between 15 and 40 days of the order being placed.
